Sound Bath

Slow down. Get comfortable. Listen.

Sound baths offer an opportunity to step away from the pace and noise of everyday life and spend time intentionally listening.

This recording is from a recent Sound Sanctuary sound bath featuring Himalayan singing bowls, a Native American drum, and gong. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, allow yourself some uninterrupted time, and simply listen.

During the sound bath, I also recite Native American prayers and mantras. I share these with sincere respect and in honor of the traditions from which they come.

Headphones or a good set of speakers are recommended for the best listening experience.

There is no particular way you need to listen. You may choose to close your eyes, focus on your breathing, meditate, or simply allow the sounds to move through the space around you.
